Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, it is easy to return and receive a refund. Customers’ satisfaction is always our top priority.

We accept return or exchange within 14 days of the item(s) arrival to you if you are not 100% satisfied. The shipping fee will not be refunded. Products with quality-related issues, such as damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items will receive a full refund including shipping fees.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. Please contact us within 14 days of the item's arrival to you. Please include an explanation stating the reason and a picture showing the problem/defect for your return or exchange.

  2. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached. We do not accept any used or altered item(s).   

  3. Any returns or exchange without our prior knowledge are not acceptable. Please send an email to our customer service before returning and exchanging.

  4. Once the returned merchandise is received, the refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

  5. Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.

  6. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchange on Swimsuit, Lingerie, Jewelry, Pet Clothes, and Earrings unless the item(s) are visibly defective. 

  7. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any related expenses.

 

Return Address

If you wish to return the items, please send an email to us, our customer service representative will get back to you within 21 hours.

Note: Please do not directly send your return to the address on your package. It will affect the processing of your return.

 

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please send an email to us if you decide to cancel the order.

For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied.

We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.

 

Fast Refund

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
